Technical Diagnostics
At SEGUIAR®, we provide specialized technical diagnostics in universal accessibility, aimed at existing buildings and projects in development that need to comply with current regulations and functional inclusion criteria. Our goal is to identify physical and sensory barriers and propose viable technical solutions that enhance the safe, autonomous, and dignified use of spaces for all individuals.
Service
The technical diagnosis consists of a comprehensive evaluation of the built environment, either through document review, on-site inspection, or both, analyzing regulatory compliance and the actual conditions of accessibility. Key elements such as access points, circulation, sanitary facilities, signage, furniture, and support systems are reviewed in order to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for adaptation.
The results are delivered in a structured technical report, which includes clear observations, applicable regulatory criteria, and a proposal for accessibility improvements, prioritized according to impact, feasibility, and level of intervention.

Review of architectural plans, engineering, and design proposals to incorporate accessibility from early stages.
Diagnosis in existing buildings
On-site evaluation of properties in operation to identify barriers and propose adjustments.
Regulatory diagnosis for legal compliance
Analysis focused on the requirements of Mexican and international standards applicable to bids, permits, or certifications.
