In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the “LFPDPPP”) and its Regulations, as well as the Guidelines for the Privacy Notice and other applicable provisions, this Privacy Notice is issued in order to guarantee the privacy and the right to informational self-determination of users, clients, suppliers, service providers, and/or any person who voluntarily shares or transmits their personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Subject”) to SEGUIAR S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter referred to as “SEGUIAR”), by any physical, electronic, or digital means.
Data Protection Officer
Based on Articles 15 and 16 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, we inform you that SEGUIAR S.A. DE C.V., located at Calle Salvador Allende number 376, Colonia Francisco Villa, C.P. 31134, Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico, is responsible for collecting your personal data, the use given to it, its protection and confidentiality, while observing at all times the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility provided for in the LFPDPPP and its Regulations.

ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition)
At all times and when legally appropriate, the Holder has the right to access, rectify, and cancel their Personal Data, as well as to oppose the processing of the same or limit its use and disclosure.
To exercise these rights, the Holder must submit a written request to the area responsible for personal data protection at SEGUIAR, at the address previously indicated or to the email: juridico@seguiar.com .
The application must contain:
I. Full name of the Holder.
II. Address or other means to communicate the response.
III. Documents that prove your identity or legal representation.
IV. Clear and precise description of the personal data regarding which you wish to exercise any of the ARCO rights.
V. Any other document or element that facilitates the location of personal data.
Upon receiving the request, SEGUIAR will have a maximum period of 20 (twenty) business days to communicate the determination made, which, if deemed appropriate, will take effect within the following 15 (fifteen) business days.
Transfer of personal data
SEGUIAR may share information only with third parties related to the provision of services, compliance with legal obligations, technology providers, advisors, competent authorities, or administrative providers, committing at all times to maintain the confidentiality and security of personal data.
Limitation on the use or disclosure of Personal Data
The Holder may request at any time the limitation of the use or disclosure of their personal data for advertising, promotional, or marketing purposes, following the same procedure established for the exercise of ARCO rights.
Use of cookies and similar technologies
The SEGUIAR website may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience, analyze browsing statistics, and optimize the website's performance.
Modifications to the Privacy Notice
SEGUIAR reserves the right to modify, update, or expand this Privacy Notice at any time. Any modifications will be published on the official website or through the contact methods provided by the Holder.
Consent
By providing your personal data by any physical, electronic, or digital means, the Holder acknowledges having read and accepted this Privacy Notice.
Note: The following signature section is applicable solely and exclusively for cases where this Privacy Notice is delivered in printed format during the signing of physical contracts or the collection of information in person. For versions published on the website or digital media, consent will be understood as granted in accordance with the provisions of the previous paragraph, without requiring a handwritten signature.
