CJPF Tijuana

In the Federal Criminal Justice Center building in Tijuana, a system of tactile guide paths and buttons made of self-adhesive stainless steel was implemented, designed to optimize accessibility within its interior spaces. This intervention allows individuals with visual impairments to navigate with greater safety and confidence, identifying routes, changes in elevation, and key points within the property.

The use of self-adhesive stainless steel offers a practical, durable, and easy-to-install solution, maintaining an aesthetic suitable for institutional environments. With this project, the commitment to inclusion and universal design is strengthened, creating more functional, safe, and accessible spaces for all users.
